1. Headache Disorders - I established and lead a regional headache service based at the RVI. I have expertise in interventional treatments for headache including Botox injections and nerve blocks.
2. Epilepsy - I have an interest in first seizures and chronic epilepsy. I lead the local epilepsy service in Durham.
3. Neurovascular disease - I have a broad interest in vascular problems affecting the brain. I deliver a weekly NHS clinic for TIA (patients with mini-strokes).
4. General Neurology - I have been in full time NHS general neurology practice since 2000.
