About me
As a qualified, registered Clinical Psychologist, I am trained in multiple modalities of therapeutic approaches including CBT, interpersonal therapy, behavioural approaches etc. I have additional training in Systemic psychotherapy and EMDR.
In my career I have worked in several areas and have substantial experience adult mental health (including anxiety and depression), Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Adoption and looked after children, Adult Eating disorders and systemic/relationship difficulties.
