About me

I am a UKCP accredited and BACP registered integrative therapist providing a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space for you to bring whatever you need to talk about. As every client and situation is different, I will do my best to bring a mixed approach to our sessions depending on what works best for you.

I am there to listen to you with empathy and to help you think about your feelings, however difficult they may be. I have experience of working with a wide range of issues and I will work collaboratively with you, focusing on developing an honest therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect. I do this by talking together about you and your life in a safe and healthy environment. I aim to work in a way that will support you as you address any difficult issues and support you to explore new or different ways of living your life and relationships.

I offer therapy to individuals from a variety of cultural, social and religious backgrounds and coming from a Latin American bilingual background, I offer therapy in both Spanish and English. My sessions are 50 minutes long, and I can offer online, face-to-face, or a combination of both formats, usually on a weekly basis although this can be discussed.

If you decide to book an initial session, we will explore what brings you to therapy or counselling. At the end of that session, you can decide whether the type of therapy I offer is the right fit for you.
