About me

I am a counsellor and psychotherapist offering a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space for when life feels overwhelming or when you feel like something is a bit off. At times life can feel as if you are surviving but not thriving. Through counselling and psychotherapy we can work together to make positive changes in your life. Sometimes children and young people

Sometimes children and young people can get stuck and need help too. This can be difficult for parents to navigate and at times feel like an impossible task. I have many years experience working with children and young people from the age of 7 in private practice as well as in schools and colleges. My work with children and young people removes the stress of a lengthy waiting list.

I have extensive experience working in the mental health field and am ready to help when you feel it is time to reach out. I am an integrative counsellor which means that I work with a variety of therapeutic approaches that can be adapted to your needs. There is no one size fits all approach to counselling meaning it can be as individual as you are.

Despite what may be a common thought, there is no such thing as a typical counsellor I am down to earth, have a good sense of humour, and will not judge you.

Taking the first step can be hard and even feel intimidating. Once you have made the decision to seek help I am committed to making you feel at ease.
