About me

Accredited Counsellor with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)

I am an experienced person centred counsellor working both in person and remotely for sessions, to help people achieve good outcomes and positive change.

I have a warm approach and aim for my counselling sessions to feel a safe and secure space to open up within, to process through challenges with difficult life events and mental health concerns.

I have worked in private practice for many years and gained my experience working within the NHS and charity/CIC organisations.

I work at your pace to enable you to effect long term change and improvements with psychological wellbeing.

I have a lot of experience working with many LGBTQ+ clients, offering a safe and affirmative space.
