I am an advanced Psychotherapist with many years experience of providing evidence-based Psychotherapy for a range of mental health difficulties. I can help with Anxiety, Trauma, OCD, Depression, Eating Difficulties, Coping with stress, phobias, panic disorder, personality disorders, suicidal thoughts, and much more!

My aim is to provide the best quality professional, confidential psychological treatment for a range of mental health needs for adult and adolescents using evidence based interventions.

I am an experienced Psychotherapist, accredited by the BABCP, SfDBT and professionally registered with the BACP.

I have worked for the NHS and privately, treating a range of mental health illnesses from simple to complex presentations, using evidence based interventions. I am accredited and experienced in delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming (EMDR)
