About me

I have over 12 years experience working with adults in a range of therapeutic settings such as GP surgeries, NHS and the charity sector and I'm now part of the team at Impossible Mental Health.

In that time I have used both short and longer term interventions to help clients reduce symptoms for a wide range of mental health disorders and improve their experience of day to day life.

I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and a fully accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies.

We are a dedicated team of experienced and friendly practitioners delivering the best possible care for our clients through CBT.

Our purpose built therapy practice in South Belfast provides a relaxed, safe and accessible setting with free dedicated onsite parking spaces.

Get in touch to discuss how CBT can help you overcome your challenges and move forward with your life.
