About me

I am an accredited member registered with the BACP, which signifies that I meet the standards of a competent, ethical, and independent practitioner. With extensive experience working with adults and young people aged 10 to 18, I offer both face-to-face and online sessions from my base in Orpington, Kent.

As a fully qualified Person-Centred counsellor, I help clients explore their thoughts and feelings in a supportive and understanding environment. My approach is rooted in the belief that each individual is unique. A genuine relationship between the counsellor and client is at the core of any therapeutic union, and I strive to facilitate this bond to help clients achieve better overall well-being. Together, we work to make the best choices, determine the next steps, and move forward at a comfortable pace, all within a confidential and non-judgmental space.

I am a client-focused therapist, allowing you to bring whatever concerns you have to therapy. Whether you need to explore past experiences that are holding you back or engage in future-focused practice to set and achieve personal goals, my Person-Centred approach empowers you to move forward in your life.

Choosing to seek counselling is a significant step, and finding the right therapist can be challenging. The therapeutic relationship is fundamental to the counselling process, and the connection you build with your therapist is crucial. I offer a warm and safe environment where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. I believe everyone has the potential to be the best version of themselves, and my goal is to help you make sense of your world, empower you to make decisions, and learn techniques to manage anxiety while exploring its underlying causes.
