I am an experienced BACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist working with individuals and couples on line and face to face.

I am an integrative therapist meaning I use different techniques from a range of therapeutic models to suit each client and their individual circumstances.

We can get stuck in unhelpful and destructive patterns of thinking and behaving which can lead us to feel anxious,depressed,angry,stuck,lost,trapped etc
