About me

I specialise in providing individual therapy for teens and adults facing challenges such as life transitions, physical illness or injury. Navigating the complexities of these issues can be overwhelming, especially when compounded by anxiety or traumatic experiences. The emotional and physical impact of these very real challenges can cause our minds and bodies to react in ways that don't help us. I can help you to work with your mind and body so you can live a life you choose.

My approach involves drawing from a range of models (mainly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR and CBT). I will work with you to understand your core values and personality, to develop meaningful goals for therapy. By talking through relevant aspects of your past and your current situation, I can tailor a targeted intervention to help you reach your goals.

My passion for helping people stems from being deeply moved by the resilience and strength I see in others. I strive to empower my clients to overcome challenges, discover their strengths, and achieve lasting, meaningful change. Witnessing this growth reaffirms my belief in the transformative power of therapy and my commitment to making a positive impact in their lives.
