About me
Hi there, a bit about me. I have over 23 years experience of working one-to-one with clients. I am an accredited CBT therapist EMDR accredited. I specialise in treating trauma and PTSD, depression and anxiety. I have specialist knowledge of acquired brain injury following my role as CEO at a brain and spinal injury rehabilitation centre for 28 years. I have worked with complex trauma with military veterans, people recovering from acquired brain injury and those with neurological conditions, with adverse childhood experiences and a variety of mental health issues e.g. depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship difficulties, anger issues, occupational issues, pain management, self esteem issues and confidence building.
I am passionate in using my skills to improve the lives and opportunities of others.
