About me
My name is Hannah and I am an experienced Psychotherapist in Lydden, Kent. I provide therapy face to face and virtually.
I have been a therapist for over 10 years and am a BABCP accredited and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Supervisor. I work within the NHS specialising in Perinatal Trauma and also work with clients more broadly with mental health problems in private practice. In my NHS role I lead a team and supervise the therapists alongside providing therapy directly. I also supervise CBT trainee therapists at University. I have additional training in EMDR, Guided Self Help, Compassion Focused Therapy, Supervision and working with Young People from 12 years old.
I can tailor my support to suit your goals in a safe and compassionate way. I have extensive knowledge and experience of supporting clients with a range of difficulties and can draw on several therapy approaches to support you. I understand how hard it is to reach out for help and I ensure the space I hold for clients is relaxed and as comfortable as possible.
I abide by the policies and ethical standards laid down by the BABCP and I have full professional indemnity to work as a therapist in the UK.
