I have extensive experience as a Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist working with adults across a variety of settings.

Areas of interest

I specialise in Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic and Integrative Psychotherapy, and the approach is tailored to each individual and their presenting concerns. There are no readymade solutions, rather an invitation to speak and discover the underlying causes of one's suffering, and the unique possibilities for deep and meaningful change. I work on both short-term and open-ended basis.
