I warmly welcome you to my profile. I am a BACP accredited counselling psychotherapist with over nine years experience offering long and short term therapy to adults.
My areas of expertise include loss and bereavement, trauma, anxiety, depression, low self esteem and helping you find meaning in your life.
I am also trained in Rewind Therapy which is very effective for phobias triggered by a specific incident and any type of post traumatic stress.
Daytime or evening sessions available either online/telephone or in person from Bromley Old Town Hall.
