About me

I warmly welcome you to my profile. I am a BACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with many years of experience offering long and short term therapy to adults.

My areas of expertise include loss and bereavement, trauma, anxiety, depression, low self esteem and helping you find meaning in your life.

I am also trained in Rewind Therapy which is very effective for phobias triggered by a specific incident and any type of post traumatic stress.

I will offer you a confidential space where I encourage you to discuss the difficulties and challenges you are experiencing, helping you explore and understand your thoughts, feelings, behaviour and ways of relating to others.

Therapy with me will be warm, compassionate and non judgemental, helping you find a way to make positive changes in your life and new ways of coping with difficult thoughts and feelings.
