About me

I am a chartered Clinical Psychologist working from North and Central London, where I primarily offer consultation and therapy for adults, adolescents and young adults.

I have over 10 years of experience working in NHS mental health and psychotherapy services. In my NHS practice I offer psychological treatment for a range of different types of distress, supporting people with both acute and more long-standing difficulties. I currently work in specialist psychodynamic psychotherapy services with both adults and adolescents, providing therapy for a variety of emotional and relational difficulties.

I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and am a chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPC).

As a Clinical Psychologist I am trained in a range of evidence-based therapy approaches. I primarily draw on Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy, and can work flexibly to suit each person's individual needs.
