About me

I am a chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working in NHS mental health and psychotherapy services. In my NHS practice I have offered psychological treatment for a range of different types of distress, supporting people with both acute and more long-standing difficulties. I currently work in specialist psychodynamic psychotherapy services with both adults and adolescents, providing therapy for complex and long-standing emotional and relational difficulties.

I have a private practice in North London, where I primarily offer brief and longer-term individual therapy for both adults and young people.

I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and am a chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPC).

As a Clinical Psychologist I am trained in a range of evidence-based therapy approaches. I primarily draw on psychodynamic psychotherapy, as well as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and schema therapy, and can work flexibly to suit each person�s individual needs.
