Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor working online to support individuals over sixteen years of age.

Change and choice can be challenging. Making the decision to enter into therapy can be one of the most difficult steps we ever take.

With impartial help and support, to express yourself and review your beliefs and decisions, you will be able to clarify your thoughts and feelings. It can then become easier to make sense of what is happening.

Together we can explore the issues you are struggling with: anxiety, depression, relationship or family issues, and discover ways of being and doing, that better suit the person you are today. Learning to live differently with what has happened in the past can help you to move forward and live a more positive, emotionally informed life.

I am an experienced and well established BACP Accredited Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, working with couples and individuals, exclusively online.

My experience of working in business: large corporates, the voluntary sector and the education sector as a Senior University Lecturer, has enabled me to assist people face a range of life changing events, traumas and challenges.
