Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor working online to support individuals, couples and polyamourous relationships.

Change and choice can be challenging. Making the decision to enter into therapy can be one of the most difficult steps we ever take.

Learning to live differently with what has happened in the past can help you to move forward and live a more positive, emotionally informed life.

I am an experienced and well established BACP Accredited Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, working with couples, polyamorous relationships and individuals.

My experience of working in business: large corporates, the voluntary sector and the education sector as a Senior University Lecturer, has enabled me to assist people face a range of life changing events, traumas and challenges.
