I am a senior Clinical Psychologist with experience working privately and within the NHS with adolescents and adults struggled by a wide range of mental health difficulties. I am skilled in offering evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Family-based interventions. I have specialist interests in working with trauma, anxiety disorders and intrusive thinking.
