About me

Simon Neal is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over thirty years' NHS experience in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

He works with adults of all ages and uses evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and trauma-focused approaches.

Alongside this, Simon has extensive experience supporting people adjusting to long-term health conditions such as chronic pain, CFS/ME, Long Covid, and cancer.
