I am a Client-Centred Therapist with over 20 years experience working with Young People, younger adults and their families. I am skilled at working with clients to improve mental health. I have extensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection and will always work to empower my client through any disclosure or official process.

I aim to help you explore your situation, your values and beliefs, your relationships and begin to think about what changes you want to make.
