About me

Have you been through something painful or overwhelming that has left a lasting mark? It may have been a single event - an accident, an assault, something that happened suddenly and changed everything. Or it may have unfolded over time: a childhood that didn't feel safe, or a workplace that was undermining, humiliating, or unpredictable. These experiences may have contributed to you feeling anxious, low in mood, mistrustful or self-critical - and may have affected your relationships, confidence, or your sense of who you are.

I am a chartered and registered Practitioner Psychologist, an EMDR Therapist and Schema Therapist, with over 15 years of experience supporting people through trauma and mental health challenges - including childhood and relational trauma, and distressing or traumatic experiences in adulthood, such as those that occur in the workplace. My primary approaches, EMDR Therapy and Schema Therapy, are two evidence-based approaches that help you make sense of and process your experiences.

My approach is non-judgmental, collaborative, and tailored to you. I offer both online sessions via video call across the UK and face-to-face appointments in central Bristol, with daytime availability Monday to Friday. Please get in touch to explore if we might be a good fit.
