Carl Harrison
I have been a qualified counsellor for 20 Years. I have worked in various settings including private practice, private healthcare, community rehab, community project and community based drug and alcohol charities for 15 years.

My Service:
My training was integrative counselling, which means that I draw from a range of approaches to provide the right support for each person. The number of sessions required will vary from person to person
I offer an initial assessment, whereby we can see if we can work together. We can then agree whether what you require is short-term therapy, which is six sessions and more long- term or open-ended counselling.

My Practice
I currently have a face to face private practice in Suffolk and offer online counselling in the UK and Europe. My aim is to provide a counselling service that promotes personal growth in a trusting safe environment. I work with a wide range of issues including:

I specialise in addiction counselling for adults and their family effected by addiction behaviour.
Private and confidential addiction counselling can support those who may be in recovery but are feeling that they have other things they wish to understand about themselves to support their ongoing life journey.
