About me

I have many years experience working with young people and families. I have supported children and parents with anxiety, school difficulties, friendship difficulties, anger, bereavement and family problems.

I have worked with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement.

I enjoy focusing on building a strong relationship with my client. Our sessions can incorporate creative activities as well as talking to explore difficulties.
