I am a qualified Counselling Psychologist who practices according to the professional standards outlined by the HCPC. I have experience delivering evidence-based psychological therapies for adults within the NHS in one-to-one and group settings.

I am skilled in completing thorough psychological assessments, developing psychological formulations, and delivering treatment based on my understanding of the needs of the individual. I also have experience providing individual clinical supervision. I have a compassionate therapeutic approach to delivering psychological treatment.
