About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years experience working in the NHS. Up until March 2024, I led the Psychology Pathway for Post Covid Support across Sussex.
My expertise lies in brain-body-mind conditions, including Functional Neurological Disorder and Long Covid. I also specialise in supporting neuro divergent people to live the lives they would like, and can support young people who are sensitive to pressure and demand and their families to improve their quality of life.
At the heart of my clinical psychology practice is the belief that healing begins with feeling safe, seen and supported. I offer a nurturing, thoughtful space where I can meet you where you are at. I offer an experience of psychological rehabilitation that is characterised by hope, warmth and optimism.
?
I blend compassion with curiosity and walk alongside each of my clients on their unique journey, helping each person to reconnect with their body, build emotional resilience, and relearn how to trust themselves. If you are navigating issues of identity, sensory overwhelm, burnout or simply seeking a space to reconnect, I also offer informed, affirming care for neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals so you do not need to mask who you are.
