About me

I am an accredited counsellor/psychotherapist and am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I have experience of working with a wide range of issues: in schools, for agencies and in private practice. Working face to face, online, and on the telephone.

I am passionate about therapy and the benefits of having a confidential space in which to explore the difficulties and challenges that arise in life, as well as the personal growth that occurs when we get to know and understand ourselves better.

A session lasts for 50 minutes. I offer telephone and virtual appointments as well as the option to meet face to face. I am based on a quiet road in Allington (ME16) just outside of Maidstone town centre. There is plenty of free parking available and access to public transport close by.

I aim to provide you with an opportunity to explore and gain a greater understanding of your thoughts and feelings, and a safe environment where you can potentially challenge and change aspects of your life and yourself.
