About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist accredited with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and hold Advanced Certification as a SchemaTherapist with the International Society of Schema Therapy.

I have over 20 years experience working in the NHS within Adult Mental Health Services. I have held senior leadership positions managing teams, services and staff as well as providing direct clinical care to a clients presenting with a range psychological difficulties. My areas of interest are trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, low self esteem and have particular expertise in working with long term and complex difficulties.

I provide the evidence based interventions of CBT and schema therapy and hold a personalised and compassionate approach to clients care.

Areas of interest

Trauma; Depression; Anxiety, Low self-esteem, OCD, Panic, Health anxiety, Phobias. In additional to working with mild difficulties, I have particular expertise in working with longer term, complex presentations.
