About me

I am passionate about offering a non?judgemental, warm and genuinely welcoming space where people feel safe, heard and supported. I aim to create a therapeutic environment built on trust, compassion and collaboration.

I have experience working with both children and adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including eating disorders, ADHD, postnatal depression, psychosis and the emotional impact of chronic pain.

My background includes working within an NHS Community CAMHS team, supporting children and families experiencing anxiety, OCD, ADHD assessments, low mood, suicidal thoughts, self?harm and relational or family difficulties.

I take an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from a range of evidence?based models such as CBT, Narrative Therapy, ACT, Systemic Therapy and Compassion?Focused Therapy. This allows me to tailor sessions to the unique needs, strengths and goals of each individual or family.

Using a collaborative and person?centred style, I help clients make sense of their experiences, understand what's getting in the way, and move towards meaningful change. Sessions are supportive, engaging and shaped around what matters most to you, to foster lasting wellbeing and resilience.
