About me

I am a clinical psychologist and I am registered with the HCPC. I work from a systemic paradigm which sees the person in the context of themselves as a system as well as being part of a system. I am highly skilled at working interactionally, and have a person-centred approach. I have been trained to level III in Interactional Pattern Analysis which is a tool that helps with understanding an individual's unique interactional patterns and assists with formulating a solution to each person. I also work with brain-based techniques such as Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT) and Brainspotting which are therapeutic interventions used for trauma, anxiety, grief and many more issues. I believe that although we can talk about trauma, it ultimately needs to be resolved at both a neurological and physical level.? I work in person and online.
