About me

I work with adults who have suffered from emotional, psychological, domestic and narcissistic abuse. Whether it be from a family system, partner, or work environment, psychological and emotional abuse often leaves scars that are very deep rooted. Some of this abuse may not even be obvious to begin with. Through therapy, I help my clients unpack their experiences, and together we build on coping tools, and processing of the trauma through somatic and brain-based interventions.

I work from a systemic paradigm which sees the person in the context of themselves as a system as well as being part of a system. I am highly skilled at working interactionally, and have a person-centred approach. I have been trained to level III in Interactional Pattern Analysis which is a tool that helps with understanding an individual's unique interactional patterns and assists with formulating a solution to each person. I also work with tools such as Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems which are therapeutic interventions used for trauma, anxiety, grief and many more issues.

I believe that although we can talk about trauma, it ultimately needs to be resolved at both a neurological and physical level.?
