About me
I completed my doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at University College London, and have previously worked in the NHS for several years (in both primary care and specialist services). I have experience of working with a broad array of psychological illnesses, ranging from moderate levels of distress to more chronic and debilitating mental health issues.
My approach to care centres around working with you in a manner that is attuned and sensitive to your individual needs, creating an opportunity for you to openly discuss your difficulties within the confines of a confidential and supportive environment. In time it is hoped that you will experience positive personal growth, and ultimately move towards enjoying a more enriched life.
I work integratively by incorporating psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural and humanistic approaches into my practice. Please see my website for more information about these different therapeutic approaches: www.thesoulsanctuaryclinic.com
