About me

I understand that life's journey often involves multiple challenges, often emerging unexpectedly and testing our resilience. These challenges can take many forms, such as, stress at work, relationship issues, childhood experiences, trauma, or ongoing struggles with anxiety, self-esteem, and confidence. This can make it easy for us to feel overwhelmed with difficult thoughts and emotions. Accessing therapy can be a crucial step towards enhancing your mental and emotional wellbeing.

I provided a safe and confidential space to explore how you are feeling. To get the most out of therapy, I believe that forming a strong and trusting relationship is integral to how successful treatment will be. My approach to therapy aims to empower my clients to reach their goals using self-discovery.

Treatment with me will first involve completing a thorough assessment that considers your current difficulties and your early life experiences. We will then work together to develop a tailored treatment plan that aligns with your individual goals.

I prioritise offering support that enables you to feel confident in applying what you have learnt during your treatment when we come to an end. This ultimately leads to lasting change and can further promote a deeper sense of self-reliance and emotional stability.
