Mr Tarek El Shamy is Fellow of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist. He is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist based at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. He qualified as a doctor from Cairo University and progressed his postgraduate training in North West London hospitals.

His expertise includes early pregnancy and gynaecological ultrasound, urogynaecology (management of prolapse & urinary incontinence), management of menstrual disorders, fibroids, and ovarian cysts. He employs open, vaginal, hysteroscopic and laparoscopic (keyhole) surgical techniques in the management of these conditions.
