About me
As a Counselling Psychologist, my training has allowed me to develop an integrative approach in my practice. I value the uniqueness of each individual and I have a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship. I believe in helping clients to access and process their difficult emotions. Together we will work towards meeting your emotional needs and resolving inter-relationtional dynamics. Through this, change is possible and resilience in mental health will be achieved.
Throughout my career, I have worked both in the public and private sectors. I started working in the NHS where I gained experience working with complex mental health conditions. I worked at the Priory Hospital where I focused on treating clients with addictions and long-term mental health struggles.
I understand that beginning therapy can be daunting. Small steps such as reaching out can be incredibly helpful. I have always found that after that first step, it's easier to talk. Together we can work to identifying and meeting your needs.
