About me

I am a BABCP accredited psychological therapist, living in East Lothian, Scotland.

I base my work on what best suits your needs, using evidence based practice and various theoretical models.

A key advantage of integrative therapy is its flexibility and focus on the whole of an individual. The integration of different approaches means therapy can be tailored to meet a variety of needs and concerns, making it a more flexible and inclusive approach to treatment than more traditional, singular forms of psychotherapy.

?Having worked in the mental health and wellbeing field across various settings, for many years and currently with NHS. This ensures a wide breadth of knowledge, skills and experience. Adherence ethical framework (BABCP), frequent CPD and clinical supervision which allows me to provide the best possible practice and safeguard your welfare.
