About me
Sam has worked in various London-based clinics and currently works as a Senior Outpatient Musculoskeletal Therapist and Osteopath in an independent hospital, specialising in chronic musculoskeletal pain and post-surgical rehabilitation.
He works in a team with a variety of consultants such as orthopaedic surgeons, rheumatologists, pain consultants, sports medicine consultants, physiotherapists, and GPs. As a result, he has built extensive experience treating a wide variety of patients, specialising in chronic musculoskeletal pain and post-surgical rehabilitation.
He completed his Masters (MSc) in Physical Therapy in Musculoskeletal Healthcare and Rehabilitation at University College London (UCL) with distinction, and is now in the process of publishing multiple papers on Fear-Avoidance in chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Building upon his academic involvement, he has worked in a research team on a systematic review on placebo methods in association with Imperial College London, and is now involved in a study as a treatment provider for people with painful diabetic neuropathy sponsored by the University College of Osteopathy (UCO).
He is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and insured under the Institute of Osteopathy (iO).
