About me

I am a BACP registered accredited senior counsellor/supervisor with
19 years experience of working in many varied contexts. My aim is to create a professional safe, warm supportive and non- judgemental space so to allow potential clients to feel comfortable, so to explore and talk through difficulties/issues they may be experiencing.�I work with many issues including, anxiety/depression, self esteem, relationship difficulties, suicidal ideation, separation divorce, family conflict, grief and loss.
Work related difficulties, such as stress and work overload, organizational changes and processes, working relationships and redundancy . I practice as an integrative counsellor/supervisor as it allows me to draw on several therapeutic models and interventions. I have experience and knowledge approaches such as CBT and Brief Solution Focused work.
I work with both adults and young people.
