About me

I offer a kind, non-judgmental space to work on what is important to you or causing distress.

If you have been feeling sad, lost your motivation or been feeling anxious about the future. Recently had a big life event, experienced trauma, loss, a relationship breakdown, or, would simply like to understand yourself more deeply - please reach out.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is important. Once trust is built, we can look at and work on what stands in the way of you becoming the best version of yourself.

After working in the city and experiencing stress and overwhelm, I decided to retrain and become a qualified counsellor. My goal and passion is to work with clients to reach emotional freedom from unwanted or reoccurring emotional difficulties.

You are the driving force in your life, and to be reading these words, you have taken the first step towards change.

We can begin with whatever you feel is relevant or holding you back. Talking therapy provides a platform to improve and move past what can be painful and deep-rooted issues.
