About me

My name is Danielle and I am a Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health Care and Professions Council (HCPC).

I draw on a range of psychological interventions grounded in acceptance and compassion to help you to get a better understanding of yourself and support you towards greater well-being. Whatever you are looking for support with, I will try to understand your experiences from your perspective and work with you to think about what you want to change and how you can move towards this. Regardless of the modality, I believe the most important factor is the therapeutic relationship, creating a safe, non-judgemental space between us.
