About me
Are you struggling with low mood, anxiety or trauma?
I am a BABCP accredited CBT therapist who specialises in evidence based interventions for problems such as anxiety disorders (including PTSD, social anxiety, OCD, phobias, GAD, disordered eating and more), depression including postnatal depression, low self-esteem and coping with long-term health conditions.
I have worked in mental health for over 16 years and as a qualified CBT therapist for 12 years. I currently combine working in private practice with working for the NHS.
My style is engaging, warm and collaborative, meaning that we both work together to help you make changes in your life. I work very well with people who are genuinely motivated to reflect and be curious about themselves and are ready to work towards better future for themselves.
