About me

As a dedicated neuroaffirmative psychotherapist and ADHD coach, I am passionate about supporting all my clients in their journey towards greater self-awareness, better relationships and enhanced executive functioning.

With 16 years' experience of working in Higher Education I understand the particular challenges experienced by university staff and students.

I also have in-depth experience of counselling neurodivergent clients and am a trained ADHD coach.

I offer a compassionate, personalised approach tailored to the unique needs of all my clients whatever their neurotype.
