About me

About me
I offer private Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) at my private, confidential office in Bolton, Lancashire. Therapy is provided in person and remotely via telephone or Microsoft Teams video.

CBT is an effective, short-term, evidence-based talking therapy which will give you skills and techniques to address your current problems. The National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) and the NHS recommend CBT for the treatment of many mental health conditions including, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), phobias, and insomnia.

I also offer EMDR therapy. EMDR involves processing past memories that still impact on your life now.
