About me

I am a Qualified CBT Psychotherapist. I have a career spanning over 10 years, working with a range of clients, both young people and adults. My expertise is derived from a combination of NHS and Private work as well as Locum experience. This has given me a breadth of knowledge working in different localities and services, enriching my experience in this field. I have experience of working with both complex and milder presentations. Some of my clients have comorbid diagnoses, including neurodivergence, psychosis and personality disorders.

I use a direct approach in treating my clients so that we have a clear outcome and goals.

Driven by a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of my clients, I continue to stay abreast of the latest developments in cognitive behavioural therapy to ensure that I provide the highest standard of care possible.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy going to the gym as well as spending my time with my children. O find inspiration in helping others see the light at the end of the tunnel when they might be feeling hopeless and I am dedicated to making a meaningful impact in both professional and personal spheres.
