About me

I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist and offer one-to-one therapy for adults. I can work with you on a long-term, open- ended basis, as well as offering time-limited sessions.

Therapy can offer a space for personal insight, understanding, growth and change. I offer a safe, compassionate, confidential place to share what is immensely difficult, but also hold space to involve humour, laughter and play in our work too. These can be an important part of coming to terms with hardships and loss, and of healing.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Minster Centre and an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy from Middlesex University. I have experience of working with: abuse, anxiety, bereavement, depression, identity, neurodiversity, relationships, sexuality, trauma and issues of diversity and difference.

I am a sex positive, LGBTQI+ affirming therapist and work with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds.

I am UKCP accredited and a registered member of BACP. I am also committed to Continuing Professional Development and undertake extra training.
