Dr Avesta Panahi is a HCPC, accredited therapist with over 6 years of experience helping individuals to navigate life's challenges. Dr Avesta currently works with Amna (Refugee charity) & NHS in the UK.
Dr Avesta's approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgement. She strives to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive. Her integrative use of therapeutic approaches allows for each client to receive a catered approach which matches their psychological needs and goals. She holds a special interest in using schema approach, narrative approaches (such as Tree of Life) and helping her clients to build a life in which they can flourish in.

She has a keen interest in working with those of global majority backgrounds (Black, Asian, Brown, dual-heritage, indigenous to the global south, and or have been racialised as 'ethnic minorities'.).
