About me

Sometimes in life we loose sense of who we are, where we are going in life, our purpose.
Life�s challenges and experiences, as well as environmental factors, can often have a real impact on our happiness and our ability to function at our best.
All of this can create negative thinking and big emotions that we can find hard to cope with.

Having a safe space to talk through, and explore these thoughts and feelings and help make sense of it all and help manage the overwhelming feelings that may be present and impacting on daily life and functioning.

I offer a safe and confidential space that allows you to navigate through the difficulties in your life�s journey, past and present, and hopefully lead you to a more fulfilled and happy life.

I have extensive experience and knowledge in working with trauma and bereavement, as well as stress-including work related; anxiety; depression and relationship difficulties all of which can impact heavily on us.

Having trained as an advanced integrative counsellor and creative supervisor, I feel I am well equipped to support these difficult experiences and traumas in a sensitive and compassionate manner and look forward to the privilege of working alongside you on this part of your life�s journey.
