About me

I'm an accredited counsellor and integrative therapist with over 30 years experience of working therapeutically with both individuals and groups both in person (Londonderry) and online (nationwide).


You may be feeling overwhelmed or desperate for change, having sleep problems or overthinking and looking for some support. Perhaps, you need some help to set healthy boundaries or ways to communicate better with those around you.

Areas of interest

I have worked with clients who have presented with a range of difficulties, including general anxiety, social anxiety, low mood and depression, stress, OCD, relationship problems, addictions (drug and alcohol dependency and gambling), low confidence and low self esteem, family difficulties and bereavement and grief.
