About me

My name is Gareth, based in Hebden Bridge - at the heart of the Pennines, which is perfect for clients from across Greater Manchester, East Lancashire, West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire. I work out of Hebden Therapy Centre, 9 Wragley House, Valley Road HX7 7BN.
I am an integrated counsellor/ psychotherapist, and the approaches I utilise are person centred, transactional analysis, CBT and other behaviourist methodologies. I have an abundant experience, gained over 15 years, with a diverse client base, spanning age, gender, cultural, religious and lifestyle types.
I have a first class honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a member of BACP and NCPS, with full indemnity insurance, and a strong commitment to professional development.
