Hello, Im Jennifer, a registered, accredited counsellor.

I am a trauma informed therapist working with an integrative , which means I vary the approach I use according to the needs of the client.


My counselling journey has taken me from working in addictions services to supporting adults through divorce & separation.

I have an expertise in working with young people and am an experienced School Counsellor.

I offer a safe confidential space for you to talk about your life challenges. I will help you feel relaxed and comfortable to explore whatever brings you to counselling.

The relationship you build with a therapist is essential. It is important to feel you have a connection with your therapist.
