Hello, Im Jennifer, a registered, accredited counsellor. working in Ingatestone, Chelmsford and Maldon.

As a counsellor, I provide a compassionate and confidential space for individuals navigating emotional challenges.

I am an integrative therapist. I tailor the mode of counselling to best fit your needs. I take into account your specific issues and we can work together towards your personal goals.

My counselling journey has taken me from working in addictions services, domestic violence and bereavement charities.

I have an expertise in working with young people and am an experienced School Counsellor.
