About me

I have a passion for helping people live better lives free from common mental health problems. Often I find that people are overwhelmed and although insightful find themselves struggling to live fulfilling lives free from the burden of poor mental health. I support people to further understand psychological barriers in a non-judgemental and encouraging way to help people make positive long-term change.

I have worked in the field of Mental health for over 14 years and further trained as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist over 7 years ago, I work with a range of disorders such as anxiety, depression, low mood, OCD, PTSD, medical phobias, chronic illness, sleep disturbances and habit disorders.

I support people at different stages of life such as perinatal periods, following bereavement or transitional stages of life. I have a special interest in Neurodiversity and have extensive experience in working with ADHD, Autism, Tourettes and Tic disorders.

I aim to create a trusting and empathetic relationship, where we can work together to using evidence-based practices to help gain insight into the maintenance of mental health problems and barriers to overcoming these. I work with people to cultivate future resilience and wellbeing.

I am fortunate to have had experience of working within a range of settings and therefore can confidently provide support to children, teens and adults.
