About us

I am a qualified counselling psychologist having completed my doctoral training at City University of London. I currently work in both the NHS and private practice. I specialise in adult mental health with a particular interest in trauma and personality disorder. My therapeutic style is relationally driven and I have an interest in psychodynamic practice, as well as internal family systems (IFS), and compassion focused therapy (CFT). I am a trained MBT therapist (mentalization based therapy) , a specialist model of therapy for individuals struggling with relationship difficulties and personality disorder, as well as EMDR therapist (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) a model developed for the treatment of PTSD.
